Hints and Tips
- To play our webcasts, we recommend the use of Windows Media Player for PC or Quicktime if you are using an Apple Mac. Test your system.
- When attempting to playback a webcast, your web-browser may prompt you to run the ‘Windows Media Player' add-on, please allow this and run the Active-X control by clicking the information bar at the top of the browser.
- You will need to have Adobe Reader, Acrobat Professional or a similar PDF reading software installed on your computer to be able to download our presentation slides and transcripts.
